How long till my order is shipped?
After placing an order you will receive an email confirmation, this means you order is now successfully placed and is now being processed (if you don’t receive this email straight away, please check your junk folder).
We aim to process all orders within 7 working days, this process maybe longer in busy periods such as sales and Christmas.
You will receive a second email to confirm your order has been dispatched.

How much is shipping?
Shipping cost are automatically calculated based on weight, parcel size and location of delivery. These costs will be displayed at the checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?
We aim to process all orders in 7 working days. The length of the time it takes to receive your order depends on your location and shipping method selected. You will receive a dispatched email notifying you when your orders have been dispatched.
How can I return an item?
If you do wish to return your item, you can do so within 28 days from the date of dispatch. The item will need to be returned in its original (unworn/unused) condition with tags attached. Please view our refunds policy for more info.

I haven't received my order confirmation?
If you have placed an order but have not yet received your confirmation then send us an email to sales@volgerart.com, please include your name a list or items your ordered and we will investigate.
My order is faulty or incorrect
If your order is faulty or you have received incorrect items then you can return it to us for a full refund. Please view our returns page for more info.
