Returns
If you do wish to return your item, you can do so within 28 days from the date of dispatch. The item will need to be returned in its original (unworn/unused) condition with tags attached. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns, so you will need to send the package back at your own cost. If you have been sent an incorrect or faulty item, then this cost will be refunded back to you – please contact us before you post your item to arrange this.
- Any packages sent using a non-tracked service are sent at your own risk.
- All goods will be inspected on return.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days
- We’ll refund the price you purchased your item at -this includes sale items. If you’d like a refund for your goods but you can’t return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.
Exchange
unfortunately we do not offer exchanges, although you can return you product for a refund and place a new order.
